“They did a very good job and the price was great. We have been using Jacobson for a while now and have had great service every time. In fact, if you do not need something new on your machine they will try and talk you out of getting one.

Example: We wanted a new humidifier because ours was not working and just decided to replace it. Called the office and the gentleman there explained the humidifier was not that old and they could come out and fix the problem so that we would not have to buy a new one. We thought that was great and saved us some money. The guys showed up and introduced themselves. Went right to work. It did take a while to change the unit out but that is normal. They made sure the door was closed at all times, since we have cats. They were very polite and professional. The unit looks great and is working perfect.”
